Functional Fitness
This is a coach led class where our expert coaches guide you through challenging workouts combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning to build strength, power, and athleticism. Experience a well-rounded approach to fitness and achieve your goals.
Bootcamp
A high-intensity workout designed to challenge your fitness and burn fat. Combine bodyweight and free weight exercises in different styles of workout to build strength, endurance, and improve overall fitness under the watchful eye of one of our coaches.
Core and Mobility
This 40-minute class, led by an experienced coach, will guide you through exercises to build a powerful, functional core. Improve your posture, prevent injuries, and unlock your full movement potential.
Hybrid
This 50-minute class offers challenging yet rewarding workouts suitable for all fitness levels. Improve your strength, power, and endurance while enjoying a supportive and encouraging environment. Discover what you’re truly capable of.
Our Timetable
Multiple coach-led class times Monday to Friday to fit in with your schedule following six-week programmes to get you fitter, leaner, and stronger. We also have open gym where you can come and train through your own exercises or programme.
