Fortius Family,
I’m truly blown away by the turnout at today’s WOD (workout of the day).
It was awesome to see everyone show up, in bright colours, to give it their all and work together as one team. Some highlights for me were: the atmosphere in Fortius was electric; the words of encouragement I heard amongst the teams was overwhelming; and everyone’s own unique way of getting over that wall was quite something.
Overall, it highlighted the need to have great people around you during difficult times. I really hope everyone has taken something away from this week and feels safe in this space that our community has created.
